We want you to love your brew, but we understand that sometimes a blend just doesn't spill the tea for you. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that for food safety reasons, opened tea pouches cannot be returned.
Contact the Squad
Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack It Up
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, making sure to include your packing slip or order confirmation.
Drop and Ship
Affix the provided label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
